What an Excel Deco pack is

A pack is a bundle of products we measure, supply and fit as one job. You get one measuring visit, one quote and one fitting team. There is no special pack product. Every line in every pack is a real item on our price list at its normal price.

Each pack has three example tiers. Essential covers what you need. Standard adds comfort and a better finish. Premium uses our top products. You can mix tiers or swap any item. The examples simply show what a typical job costs in materials so you can plan a budget before we visit.

Every figure on these pages is an example materials cost. The final price comes after measuring, with fitting quoted on WhatsApp. Carpet at KSh 1,499 per sqm is the one item that already includes underlay and fitting.

Packs suit people who want one supplier for the whole job. Hosts, homeowners, office managers, landlords, gym owners and daycare owners all face the same problem. Blinds come from one shop, floors from another and mats from a third, each with its own visit and its own delay. A pack puts it all on one quote and one fitting plan.

What a pack does not include: curtains, wallpaper and tiles. We do not sell them. Painting, plumbing and electrical work are also outside our work, so finish those before fitting day.

Airbnb Ready Pack

For hosts who want a unit guest ready in one job. It covers blackout blinds for the bedroom, a blind for the living room, a door mat and optional carpet or SPC floors. A one bedroom example starts at KSh 28,992 in materials for Essential and goes to KSh 114,984 for Premium with 30 sqm of SPC and a fluted TV wall.

It suits a studio, one bedroom or two bedroom unit. Hosts who run several units can repeat the same tier so every listing looks the same in photos. We agree a fitting day around your bookings. Most one bedroom units are done in a day.

New Home Finishing Pack

For people moving into a newly built house or flat. It covers blinds on every window, flooring for the bedrooms or the whole flat, fluted panels for a TV wall and an entrance mat. A two bedroom example starts at KSh 70,963 with vertical blinds and laminate in the bedrooms. The Standard example with 4mm SPC throughout is KSh 137,288.

The order of work matters in a new house. Paint first, then floors, then blinds. That way ladders and paint do not damage the new floor and dust from drilling does not settle twice. You can also do the house in stages, starting with the bedrooms.

Office Fit Out Pack

For offices moving in or refreshing. It covers blinds to stop glare on screens, office carpet or carpet tiles, frosted film for meeting room glass and an entrance mat. A 60 sqm office example starts at KSh 136,121 in materials with vertical blinds and roll carpet. Standard with carpet tiles and sunscreen rollers is KSh 199,721.

Premium swaps in aluminium venetian blinds, executive carpet and a fluted reception wall for a sharper look. Carpet tiles are worth the extra cost in busy offices because you can replace one stained tile instead of a whole room.

Home Gym Pack

For anyone turning a spare room or garage into a gym. It covers gym flooring, acrylic mirrors, a blind and a feature wall. A 12 sqm room example starts at KSh 38,388 with blue speckled gym mat. With 20mm rubber tiles and two hexagon mirror sets, Standard is KSh 61,598.

Pick the floor by what you lift. Bodyweight work and light dumbbells are fine on the gym mat. Barbells and dropped weights need 20mm rubber. Acrylic mirrors are lighter and safer than glass in a room where things get dropped.

Rental Unit Refresh Pack

For landlords and caretakers who need a unit ready for the next tenant. It covers a new floor and new blinds in one job. A one bedroom example starts at KSh 43,269 with mkeka wa mbao and vertical blinds. Premium with 5mm SPC is KSh 87,093.

Standard uses peel and stick vinyl planks, where one damaged plank can be swapped on its own. That matters when tenants change every year. Book the measuring visit before the old tenant leaves so fitting can start the day the unit is empty.

Daycare Safety Pack

For daycares, kindergartens and play schools. It covers soft EVA tiles in the play room, blackout roller blinds in the nap room, PVC S mats in the wash area and artificial grass outside. A play room example of 80 EVA tiles plus an entrance mat starts at KSh 54,919. Premium with outdoor grass is KSh 111,911.

EVA tiles lift out one at a time, so you can wash a single tile after an accident. PVC S mats let water drain away from small feet at the sink. We plan fitting for a weekend or holiday so children are never near the tools.

6. Check the work at handover with the fitter before they leave.

Before the visit, have rough sizes ready if you can. Width and height of each window and length and width of each room are enough. Photos help too. The fitter will measure everything properly, but early sizes let us send you a rough budget the same day.
