Herringbone SPC flooring gives you the classic parquet zigzag in a waterproof click lock plank. The planks are shorter and narrower than standard SPC and are laid at right angles to each other, so the floor has the look of traditional wood block without the sanding, varnish or upkeep.

The core is the same rigid limestone and PVC mix as standard SPC, so it does not swell in Nairobi’s rainy months and the joints stay tight. An acoustic underlay is bonded to each plank. Wood tones include oak and walnut shades.

Herringbone suits feature floors in living rooms, dining rooms, hotel lobbies, boutique shops, reception areas and main bedrooms. It costs more to lay than straight plank because of the extra cutting, so it is often used in one hero room with standard SPC in the rest of the home.

Installation is quoted after a free site survey and a living room takes about a day. Delivery within Nairobi is same or next day and boxes are couriered to other towns in Kenya. Samples can be brought to your home or seen at Summit House, Moi Avenue.
