These 20mm rubber gym tiles are made from high density recycled rubber crumb pressed into interlocking tiles. They are the thickness commercial gyms in Nairobi use under free weights, racks and drop zones. The rubber absorbs the shock of a dropped barbell, protects the concrete slab underneath and cuts the noise that travels to the floor below. That matters in office blocks, apartment gyms and hotel fitness rooms.

Tiles come in 50 x 50cm and 1m x 1m formats in black, with speckled colours available on request. The interlocking edges mean the floor is laid without glue, so it can be lifted and relaid if you move premises. Rolls of the same 20mm rubber are also stocked for large open floors.

They suit commercial gyms, CrossFit boxes, school weight rooms, physiotherapy studios and home gyms in Karen, Runda and Kilimani. The surface is anti slip and wipes clean with a damp mop.

Installation is quoted after a free site visit. Most gym floors are laid in one day. Delivery within Nairobi is same or next day and tiles are sent by courier to other towns in Kenya. Small orders can be collected from Summit House, Moi Avenue.
