SPC flooring is a rigid plank with a core of limestone powder and PVC. It does not swell in the long rains and it does not shrink in the dry season, so the joints stay tight. Every plank has an IXPE acoustic underlay bonded to the back, which means you buy nothing extra and the floor feels quiet and solid underfoot.

Planks are stocked in 4mm at KSh 2,200, 5mm at KSh 2,500 and 6mm at KSh 2,900 per square metre. Looks include grey oak, ash brown, white oak, light oak and antique mahogany, plus marble effects and wide plank options.

The 4mm planks suit bedrooms, living rooms and flats across Nairobi. The 5mm and 6mm planks have a heavier wear layer for offices, restaurants, salons, shops and gyms. Both go straight over level tiles or screed with no demolition.

Installation uses the click lock joint and no glue. A two bedroom flat is done in a day and you can walk on it at once. Installation is quoted after a free survey. Delivery within Nairobi is same or next day and planks are couriered to other towns in Kenya. Samples are brought to your home or office.
