Who the programme is for
Our trade partners are the people who finish spaces for a living. If any of these sound like you, the programme was built for you.
- Architects who specify finishes and want a supplier that delivers what is on the drawing.
- Interior designers who need samples, honest advice and fitters who respect the design.
- Contractors finishing houses, apartments and offices who want one call for all soft finishes.
- Property managers who turn units around between tenants.
- Airbnb managers who need units photo ready fast.
- Landlords refreshing rentals across a block or several estates.
You do not need to be a big firm. Independent designers and landlords with a handful of units are just as welcome as large contractors. What matters is that you finish spaces regularly and want a supplier you can rely on.
We work across Nairobi, Kiambu, Machakos and Kajiado. Most partner projects are apartments, offices, schools, gyms and short stay units, but we are happy to look at anything that needs floors, blinds, film, mats or panels.
What you get as a partner
- One supplier for the whole finish. Blinds, window film, SPC, vinyl, laminate, mkeka wa mbao, carpet and carpet tiles, rubber and gym floors, anti slip and door mats, artificial grass, WPC decking, fluted and PU stone panels and acrylic mirrors. One order and one team on site.
- Site measuring. Our fitters measure every unit, window and wall so your quantities are right the first time.
- Fitting teams. Our fitters lay floors, hang blinds, apply film and fix panels, so you are not hunting for a fundi.
- Quotes per project. Broken down by unit or room so you can pass them to your client or compare options.
- Samples. Collect them from our showroom at Summit House Room 9, Moi Avenue or ask us to bring them to a client meeting.
- Fast delivery. Same or next day in Nairobi for stock items.
- A direct line. One WhatsApp contact for orders, site questions and changes.
How a project runs with us
- Brief. Send drawings, a finishes schedule or just photos and a list on WhatsApp.
- Site visit. We measure the whole project in one measuring visit and check floors, walls and windows.
- Quote. You receive one quote for the project, broken down by room or unit, with materials and fitting.
- Samples and sign off. We supply samples so you or your client can approve colours and fabrics.
- Order and schedule. Once confirmed, we agree a fitting order that fits your programme. Floors usually go in after painting. Blinds and film come last.
- Fitting. Our teams fit room by room and keep the site tidy.
- Handover. We walk the finished spaces with you and fix snags before we leave.
On larger projects we can phase the work. For example, floors in the first block while the second block is still being painted. Each phase gets its own fitting dates so your site keeps moving.
Payment is by Mpesa as agreed for each project.

Trade pricing and referral terms
We do not publish a single trade discount, because projects differ so much. A designer who refers one living room is not in the same position as a contractor finishing a block of forty units.
Instead, trade pricing and referral terms are agreed with each partner. We talk about the kind of work you do, how often you expect to order and how you prefer to work, whether you buy directly or refer clients to us. Then we agree terms that suit both sides.
Terms are reviewed as the relationship grows. A partner who starts with a single Airbnb unit and later brings a full apartment block can come back and talk to us again. We would rather build long working relationships than chase one big order.
What stays the same for every partner is the service. Accurate measuring, honest advice on what will and will not work, fitters who turn up prepared and a clear quote for every project.
How to apply
Applying is simple. Send a message on WhatsApp to 0757 753 748 or email info@exceldeco.co.ke with:
- Your company name. If you work independently, your own name is fine.
- The type of work you do, such as interior design, contracting, property management or Airbnb management.
- A current project you would like us to look at, with its location and what it needs.
We will reply to talk through your work and arrange a site visit for the current project. Many partners start with one project and grow from there.
You are also welcome to visit the showroom at Summit House on Moi Avenue to see samples and meet the team. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
What makes a project go smoothly
The best partner projects have a few things in common. Here is what helps us deliver on time for you.
- Clear drawings or a finishes list, even a simple one, so quantities match the plan.
- Floors ready when we arrive. Screed dry, painting done and the room cleared.
- Site access agreed with security, caretakers and other trades.
- One decision maker for colour and product sign off.
- Early notice of changes, since blinds and other made to size items are cut to the measured size.
- Honest timelines. Tell us your real deadline and we will tell you honestly if it works.
In return, we keep you updated on WhatsApp at each stage, from delivery to handover.
Why one supplier saves you time
On a typical project, finishes come from several places. Blinds from one shop, carpet from another, film from a third and a fundi found on the day. Each one needs a site visit, a quote, a payment and a follow up. When something goes wrong, everyone points at someone else.
With one supplier, one team measures the whole site and one quote covers it all. Fitting is planned in a sensible order. If a blind meets a wall panel or a floor meets a door trim, the same people solved both. That is fewer calls for you and a cleaner finish for your client.
It also makes snags easier to handle. If a client spots a blind that drifts or a mat that lifts at handover, you send one WhatsApp message to one team. You do not have to work out which supplier is responsible and chase them for a return visit.
For office projects, see office blinds for how we handle long runs of glass.
